Modus Invesco (Private) Limited trading as Modus Investments is a privately owned Real Estate Investment company, that specializes in identifying and developing bespoke investment solutions in the property sector. Our current project, Nyeredzi Ridge illustrates Modus investments’s desire to provide smart, innovative development solutions to the Zimbabwean property market. Modus investments currently has 2 divisions under it to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to function optimally. Modus Property is the investment company’s property management, sales and marketing division. There is also Modus Construction which deals with all aspects construction related in our proejcts
